Registration Refund Policy
It shall be the policy of the Camrose Softball Association (CSA) that requests for registration refunds are to be in writing to the CSA Registrar.
A request for refund will be subject to the following conditions:
- All refunds will be subject to a $10 administration fee plus applicable service charges.
- Requests for player withdrawal received prior to team appointment, will be eligible for a full reimbursement of paid fees
- Requests for player withdrawal received after team appointment but still prior to season start are eligible for a refund of 50% of the paid registration fees.
- Requests for player withdrawal received after the start of the season (May 1st) are not eligible for any refund, unless there are extenuating circumstances which the Camrose Softball Association Board members will review and determine if a refund is eligible on a pro-rated basis.
- Requests for player withdrawal prior to the start of any clinic or camp are eligible for full reimbursement.
- No reimbursement will be granted once the camp or clinic has commenced (Any extenuating circumstance shall be dealt with on a case by case basis and reviewed by the CSA board).
Players from outside the Camrose area may register in their applicable age group and attend evaluations. If the player does not make the top team and chooses to return to their home association, full registration fees will be returned less administration and evaluation fees.
For any players that do not make a team in their age division and have no team to play on, they will have full registration fees returned less administration and evaluation fees.
CSA has the final decision.
